When Joey Ingram Called Daniel Negreanu Anal For His Aggressive Play

Haven’t we all witnessed trolling, people throwing shade at each other and taking digs for anything under the sun? Oh, we all have. One such incident involves Daniel Negreanu and Joey Ingram. 

The six-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner became the target of Ingram’s ‘anal’ jibe for his aggressive play especially when the former wins. The video shared by Ingram sees the podcast host taking a dig at DNegs when he wins a pot. The Chicago resident stated how ‘KidPoker’ can throw teeth at someone around him every time he wins a pot. Later, Ingram adds how it would be even better if Negreanu shoves that teeth up someone’s ass. 

Anyone would have expected that DNegs would last out at Ingram but Negreanu was cool as a cucumber. The pro who recently upgraded to Tesla’s latest version of Model S did one good thing when he corrected Ingram’s poor language used in the tweet. The content creator cum poker player wrote in his tweet, “GGpoker should make a throwable item of teeth into someone’s ass for players to use in game. Thank me later for the idea. @RealKidPoker @GGPokerOfficial When DN wins a pot – he can throw teeth at people. You have the option to throw it at their face but also down their ass.”

Yes, we know the Canadian pro is a hot-headed human with real emotions and never shies away from expressing his anger or frustration but that does not give Ingram a reason to call the Super High Roller Bowl (SHRB) VII winner anal. Despite this insulting jibe, the GGPoker ambassador only responded by saying, “Up the ass. Not down the ass. I’ll see if the developers can get this done in time for my trip to Mexico. It’s brilliant thank you!” Looking at Ingram’s post, Twitterati was quick to point out that it was a publicity gimmick on the podcaster’s part.

One Twitter user also pointed out that Ingram need not fight on Doug Polk’s behalf who’s known to be DNegs’ number 1 frenemy (more on the enemy side though, click here to know why). Another user highlighted how Ingram lost his shit in full public view and spoke what was in his mind without being a fake fuck. As for Negreanu, who’s riding high on his recent SHRB win (Amanda Leatherman flaunted his SHRB ring in a social media post), did not give a single fuck and never replied to any other comments that came on Ingram’s tweet.
