Zarvan Tumboli Ships APT Vietnam Deep Stack Hyper Turbo Event

The Indian contingent is making sure the Indian flag is shining brightly in Vietnam. This time it is Zarvan Tumboli who clinched a coveted title in Vietnam. The poker dynamo shipped the Asian Poker Tour (APT) Vietnam Hanoi Loyal 2022 Deep Stack Hyper Turbo Event for VND 71 Million. The VND 6,600,000 buy-in event kicked-off at 5 Pm today and has crowned its champion in Tumboli. 

Just a few days back, Tumboli clinched the World Poker Tour (WPT) Prime Vietnam 2022 Main Event title for a massive $131,394 (approx. ₹1.01 Crore). He was then seen grinding hard at the ongoing APT Vietnam Hanoi events and finally found gold.

The poker pro’s wife Shanaya Contractor Tumboli also flew to Vietnam to be by his side. And today the Parsi boy has shipped an APT title and made his country proud. Apart from Tumboli’s brilliant talent, lady luck also favoured this champion. Just a few hours ago the proud wife shared glimpses of Tumboli’s WPT trophy on her Instagram story captioning it as the “Most special one yet!”

Recently, Indian pro Shardul Parthasarathi shipped the APT Vietnam Hanoi Main Event (ME) for VND 1,929,250,000. Tumboli was present at the venue when this historic moment occured. He was seen congratuating the ME winner and also made sure that the Indian flag was placed correctly. It is a matter of pride and joy to see our Indian player perform so well at international poker events. Apart from Parthasarathi and Tumboli, Alok Birewar also made history by shipping an APT Vietnam Hanoi 2022 title.

One of the popular names from the Indian poker circuit, Ashish Munot finished runner-up at the APT Vietnam Hanoi 2022 ME. Not just APT, Indian players are grabbing headlines at World Series Of Poker (WSOP) 2022 as well. Players like Abhinav Iyer and Aditya Agarwal had pretty deep runs in WSOP 2022 events. Well for now, three APT Vietnam Hanoi 2022 trophies are ready to come home, and we hope to see more Indian players shine on the international felts in the days to come.
