What happens when three poker legends come together at the same spot on the same day? It’s magical, isn’t it? Well, this happened to our beloved Phil Hellmuth who caught up with poker maestro Johnny Chan and Poker Hall of Famer Eli Elezra. Where did this happen? These amazing moments unfolded at Bally’s when the 16-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner was all set to play a cash game for Live At The Bike. First things first, the Poker Brat clicked a selfie with 10-time WSOP bracelet winner Johnny Chan! Yes, folks, it was indeed Chan who happily posed for a picture alongside Hellmuth (this photo has 26 WSOP bracelets in it!).

Next up we have Hellmuth meeting up with 5-time WSOP bracelet winner Eli Elezra. At Bally’s it was literally raining poker legends. First Chan and then Elezra (Hellmuth is one lucky guy), the folks at Bally’s must surely have a fan moment when they spotted these poker stalwarts all under one roof.
Hellmuth mentioned in a video he tweeted that he found Elezra in the lobby 20 minutes before he was to play at Live At The Bike. The video shows how the Poker Brat who was accompanied by Eric Hicks asked the Hall of Famer about playing and then got to know that Elezra bought into that day’s game for $50,000. Phew!

Hellmuth did not just run into these two poker dynamos, he also met Eric Persson (this guy can match Hellmuth in trash talk on a poker table!). To add some background here, Persson brutally defeated Hellmuth in PokerGo Tour’s (PGT) Heads-up Showdown in April 2002 which was streamed. Thanks to the live stream, the world could see how Hellmuth found his match not in poker but in ridiculous trash talk!
Coming back to the awesome day at Bally’s, it was a good day for poker people, with Hellmuth utterly delighting his fans and followers by clicking a selfie with the 1987-1988 WSOP Main Event winner Chan and the World Championship Seven Card Stud Hi-Low winner.
