Gateway To Gaming Expo 2022: Event Agenda

Gateway To Gaming (G2G) Expo 2022 is a highly anticipated industry event. Professionals, industry experts, operators and enthusiasts from the igaming, fantasy, sports, gaming, casino and blockchain gaming industry will be marking their attendance in this event. Gutshot Magazine has come on board as the official media partner for the G2G Expo 2022. This much awaited event will be hosted across two days from 11th to 12th November 2022. In this article, we bring to you the event agenda that will be covered across the two days.

Day 1 – 11th November 2022

The day will begin with the opening ceremony of the expo along with a welcome note by the organizers and remarks by All India Gaming Federation (AIGF) CEO, Roland Landers, G2G Expo Advisor, Jay Sayta and Director, Yudiz and Hon’ble Secretary General of KCCI, Bharat Patel. 

This will be followed by a keynote address by the Hon’ble Minister for Revenue, Information Technology and Tourism, Government of Goa, Rohan Khaunte. This address will be given on promoting Goa as a tourism, gaming and esports hub. Further, the day will move ahead with the Principal Secretary of Information Technology, Government of Telangana, Jayesh Ranjan giving a note on Telangana being an esports and gaming hub.

Spartan Poker’s CEO, Amin Rozani, Gridlogic and Taj Rummy’s Founder, Pariekshit Maddishetty among others will be a part of a panel discussion on the topic of ‘Investments and opportunities in the online gaming industry.’ This panel discussion will be followed by a presentation by the Director of Sports and Content Partnerships, Indian Subcontinent, Sportradar, Mona Motwani on the subject of ‘International perspective on gaming regulation.’

Two more panel discussions will be conducted after the above. One of them will be moderated by the Member of Meghalaya Gaming Commission, Jaydeep Chakravartty on the topic of ‘Best channels for marketing online real money gaming.’ Another interesting panel discussion will be conducted by Mobile Premier League’s (MPL) Head – Global Communications, Senjam Raj Shekhar. This discussion will cover the subject of ‘Making India a global game development hub of opportunities and challenges.’

 The Chief Strategy Officer of Gameskraft Technologies, Amrit Kiran Singh will be preceding over a presentation on ‘Regulatory challenges for online skill games.’ The final panel discussion of Day 1 will be covering the topic of ‘Online Real Money Gaming: Where to draw the line?” Dibyojyoti Mainak, Senior Vice President, MPL will be one of the panel members in this discussion.

Day 2 – 12th November 2022

Day two of the G2G Expo 2022 will kick-start with Vinit Godara, CEO and Co-founder, MyTeam11 giving a keynote address on the subject of ‘India’s online gaming revolution: What to expect in the next 5 years?” This will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Jay Sayta on the topic of ‘Central regulation for online gaming: End of uncertainty?’ This discussion will have AIGF CEO as one of the panel members.

The above panel discussion will be followed by a few presentations. Sudipta Bhattacharjee, Partner, Khaitan and Co. will be making a presentation on ‘GST on Online Gaming: Updates and Developments.’ Hanish S, Partner, HKSA and Associates will present on the matter of ‘GST on Casinos, Horse Racing and Lotteries: Way Forward.’ Senior journalist, Soumitra Bose, will shed light on the topic of ‘Media and perception challenges for online real money gaming industry.’ Founder of 4WD Gaming, Sharmilee Daru, will share her insights on the ‘Importance of brand marketing and PR for the gaming industry.’

Day 2 will end with a panel discussion on ‘Blockchain gaming and metaverse: Future trends of gaming in India.’ This discussion will have Bharat Patel as one of its key panelists. Gutshot Magazine as the official media partner will also bring all the latest updates from this highly awaited industry event which will be held at Park Regis in Goa.
