The straight flush in poker is the 2nd best hand ranking that one can get in the game. Although not as rare as the royal flush, it is still a hand that will help you win the pot against most of your competitors. A straight flush is formed when a player has five cards from the same suit in a sequence.
The straight flush can only be trumped by a royal flush or a straight flush with a higher sequence. Many poker players have gotten lucky with the straight flush, scoring it at the last moment. Here are a few of them.

You could say he made all the right calls to victory.
With three WSOP bracelets to her name, Vanessa Selbst is one poker player everyone needs to watch out for. In this video, Selbst manages to hit an incredible straight flush on the turn. Her perfect poker face fools her opponent McClung into calling her all-in move at the river. Although McClung holds a full house, it still does not beat Selbst’s straight flush.
