Vishal Ojha Nails Spartan Poker’s Destiny For Over 5 Lakh


The online poker felts captured the Wednesday vibes in its truest sense. The mid-week blues did not hinder the players from grinding hard on the virtual felts and winning big. As players like Vishal Ojha and Ravindra Arikeri nailed the top spots, several other players were seen finishing in the money. Let’s quickly run through the Wednesday night action.

Spartan Poker’s Destiny witnessed a player field of 426 entries, out of which the top 40 places finished in the money and the min-cash stood at ₹13,200.

Vishal Ojha aka ‘Darky012’ topped the table and cashed ₹5,83,000. Ramesh Pathipati aka ‘Flimflam’ took home ₹3,63,000 in prize money at the runner-up spot.

Ravindra Arikeri aka ‘wormhole’ shipped the tourney for ₹3,13,177. Riyaz Khan aka ‘rkriyaz’ finished second for ₹2,29,506. Siddhanth Kapoor (6th, ₹52,500), and Vinay Rajpal (18th, ₹12,000) were some players who made it in the money.

The Pride – ₹10 lakh GTD

PokerBaazi’s The Pride surpassed the initial guarantee to record a final prize pool of ₹12,88,000. The top 45 places out of the 368 entries finished in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹7,210.

Mystery player ‘difsripp007’ and Mohit Dhingra aka ‘bhaiyamohit’ ended the tourney in a deal. The anonymous player took home ₹2,33,000 and Dhingra cashed ₹2,27,000 in prize money.
