NPS 2022 Super Highroller: Kartik Ved Wins

The National Poker Series (NPS) 2022’s Super Highroller final table was a spectacular event that was hosted at PokerBaazi LIVE. After a long grueling grind, Kartik Ved aka ‘TheInternetKid’ took home the winning title and walked away with a ton of prize money (₹22,09,000) and a shiny gold NPS medal.

The WSOP bracelet winner once again displayed his live poker skills as he dominated the table throughout the game. He maintained his chip position and never once distanced himself from the chip lead position. With years of experience in live poker, it’s no surprise that Ved managed to ship this coveted title.

Ved aka ‘TheInternetKid’ led the table with a massive chip stack of 3.176 million, just behind him was Vishal Bajaj aka ‘Vishzz’ with a chip stack of 3 million. However, as the game progressed, it was Bajaj who was the first to exit the table after being knocked out by Ved. Bajaj finished in the fifth position for ₹4.43 Lakh.

While the technical issues were being sorted out, the final table claimed another victim in Nishant Kumar aka ‘rektace.’ Kumar finished in fourth place for ₹5.54 Lakh. Just a couple of weeks back, Kumar had shipped the NPS #19 Double Jump for a career best of ₹8.7 Lakh.
