Hitman 3, the final instalment in the World of Assassination trilogy. Many applauded the game and stated that it was on par with its predecessors and has also managed to meet fan expectations. The first game titled ‘Hitman’ was launched in 2016 and published by IO Interactive for Microsoft Windows and multiple consoles like PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, GameCube etc.
This stealth game is based on a deadly assassin named Agent 47. The single-player story is the final entry to the trilogy and concludes the plot that was presented in Hitman (2016). The franchise centres around ‘Agent 47’ who is a genetically engineered assassin and is built to kill efficiently. In the game, Agent 47’s main mission is to hunt and kill the leaders of a secret organization called Providence who are controlling world affairs.
Being the eighth instalment to the game’s overall franchise, it got many positive reviews from fans and critics alike. One feature that got many gamers talking were the six new levels added to the new game. These levels are said to be some of the toughest in the series. Although the number of levels are few, the sheer depth and intricate storyline is enough to keep gamers hooked. Hitman 3 is noted for successfully incorporating elements from previous instalments and converting it into a seamless experience for gamers.
The game is both challenging and thoroughly enjoyable; Hitman 3 does not let you down with its complexity and in-depth gameplay. Overall, the single-player experience is a rewarding journey and perfectly ties up the trilogy in a neat bow.
