The day saw players like Himanshu Kataria, Abhijeet Kumar, and Pradip Ghosh among others clinch prestigious titles. With the poker action reaching a peak on platforms like Adda52, PokerBaazi, and PokerStars, let’s take a look at the action that transpired on the felts last night.

The Mint – ₹14 Lakh GTD

The Mint is a staple Adda52 feature tournament and offered its usual ₹14 Lakh guarantee. The event was attended by a total of 442 entries, out of which 218 were unique players and 224 were re-entries. Due to the turnout, the ₹3,850 buy-in tournament crushed its advertised guarantee and generated a final prize pool worth ₹15,47,019. The top 49 players finished in the money and took home at least a min-cash of ₹8,509. The tournament ended with Himanshu Kataria aka ‘StupidCommonMan’ shipping the event. Kataria took home ₹3,34,619 in prize money for his win. The runner-up was player Pranav Khandalkar aka ‘pkpok’ who walked away with ₹2,68,711 in his pockets.

Many don’t prefer summers due to the blazing heat, but the Summer Series by PokerStars was welcomed by all. The tournament 35 was one event where players brought their best moves. The ₹3,300 buy-in event welcomed a total of 312 entries made up of 158 unique players and 154 re-entries. Out of this, players in the top 41 spots made the money. The min-cash was ₹7,077. Abhijeet Kumar aka ‘sexylady7766’ shipped the event and added ₹1,87,365 to his bankroll. He beat poker veteran Goonjan Mall aka ‘gmtesting.ind’ who finished in the runner-up position for ₹1,36,418.

THC #38 Monsterstack – ₹15 Lakh GTD

PokerBaazi also kept things interesting with their ongoing Texas Hold’em Championship (THC) series. The feature event of the day was the THC Monsterstack with its ₹15 Lakh guarantee. The event had a buy-in of ₹1,100 and witnessed a total of 1,477 entries. From these 733 were unique players and 744 were re-entries. Finally, the event ended with the top 239 places being paid. The min-cash given was ₹1,800. The tournament was shipped by player ‘mayankaggarwal111’ who had a payday of ₹2,29,000. The runner-up was Rony Chowdhury aka ‘bisadip176’ who went home with ₹1,60,000 in his pockets.

The Endeavour – ₹12 Lakh GTD

The Endeavour on PokerBaazi was another feature tournament that players were grinding in. A total of 364 entries made up of 188 unique players and 176 re-entries participated in the event. The buy-in was ₹3,850. The event also surpassed its advertised guarantee and recorded ₹12,74,000 as its final prize pool. Those who made it to the top 45 places finished in the money and took a piece of the prize pool home. The min-cash given was ₹7,130.

After a long grind, the event ended with the top four players making a four-way deal. The title was grabbed by Pradip Ghosh aka ‘Nit2Donk’ who had a payday of ₹1,83,000. The runner-up was Mohit Mehta aka ‘thejoker’ who scored ₹1,69,000 in winnings. In third place was Rajneesh Thakur aka ‘msdhoni’ who walked away with ₹1,60,000 in prize money. The fourth place was taken by player ‘MeenakshiSundareshwar’ who walked away with ₹1,52,000.
