Game Of Gold Episode 5: Nikita Luther Takes Centre Stage

Episode of 5 of the highly anticipated Game of Gold will see Indian pro Nikita Luther making some intense moves. The upcoming episode teaser image which is out on GGPoker’s YouTube channel shows Luther under pressure as the timer is in play in the background. 

So far, India’s only female poker pro to have won a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet, Luther has done pretty well and her team has ended on top of the points chart with 219 points. Luther’s Team Spades has now progressed to round 2 where competition will be quite stiff. 

The update shared by GGPoker on YouTube reveals that the teams that have survived the elimination will be heading into new games (here, each player will compete in a round). Going by GGPoker’s update, we can expect some fireworks from the leggy lass.

We asked Luther about episode 5 and she said, “There were some very tough decisions at this stage of the show, if this is the episode I think it is, then we can expect some high-octane action and drama!”

Luther who graced Gutshot Magazine’s cover alongside Aditya Sushant, was seen making headlines with her poker moves in the Sit and Go games. She also played an impressive hand against Asian Poker Tour’s co-owner and fellow contestant Michael Soyza for a pot worth 1.2 Million. Luther scooped the pot like a boss and made her position stronger in the round. Back home, Luther is the brand ambassador of Natural8 India, one of the leading online poker platforms. She alongside Kunal Patni represent the poker brand which was lauched in September 2023.

Talking about the show, Game of Gold is presented by popular brand Poker After Dark. This one is a poker reality show, which sees four teams competing. As per the latest update, Team Clubs which had players like Daniel Negreanu, Jason Koon, Michael Soyza and Kevin Martin are eliminated which means the remaining three will now have to up their game even more. 

The show has players like Josh Arieh, female pro Maria Ho, Charlie Carrel, YoH ViraL, German pro Fedor Holz, and ‘Jungleman’ Dan Cates. The latest episode of Game of Game will be out at 5:30 PM. So stay tuned.
