APPT Manila 2022: Laksh Pal Singh Finishes Fourth At Nationals Event

The Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) Manila 2022 by PokerStars has been going on in full swing at the PokerStars live poker room in Okada Manila. Indian pro player Laksh Pal Singh has finished fourth at the APPT Nationals 2022 event.

The event had the top 55 players of the 90 surviving entries finishing in the money, as the min-cash at this event stood at ₱60,500 (~$1,090). With a final prize pool of ₱12,435,885 (~$224,590) the event will reward a top prize of ₱2,465,000 (~$44,515).

Singh entered the final table of nine with the second highest stack of 1,985,000 chips (66.2 big blinds). He enjoyed a pretty deep run in the event after he surpassed 90 surviving entries from Day 1 and Day 2 to proceed to Day 3, and finally finishing fourth at the event for around ₹10.5 Lakh.

In one of the other events of the series, Ashish Munot clinched the title at Event #17: ₱100,000 NLH 6 Handed for ₱1,362,800 (~₹19,34,362). This is also Munot’s first PokerStars LIVE title.

When we reached out to Singh, he shared that he would be next heading to play the APPT Main Event, which will begin tomorrow. We wish Singh and all other Indian players grinding at the APPT Manila 2022 all the very best!
