WPT Day 26: Harsh Dembla Clinches Feature Friday Title For 6.6 Lakh


As the World Poker Tour (WPT) on Adda52 nears its Main Event, the poker action keeps getting intense and interesting. Day 26 was no different. The night witnessed some nail-biting drama on the virtual felts of Adda52. Players like Harsh Dembla and Devrat Singh clinched top titles. Let’s do a quick recap of the night.

Feature Friday – ₹20 Lakh GTD

Feature Friday was an action-packed tourney. The initial guarantee of this tourney was crushed by a hefty margin as the final prize pool stood at ₹26,94,000. The event witnessed 449 entries slogging hard. Top 49 places made the money as the min-cash stood at ₹14,817.

Harsh Dembla aka ‘BuddhaBhikari’ shipped this tourney and added an impressive ₹6,60,030 to his bankroll. Rohit Bhasin aka ‘sailor85’ was the runner-up at this tourney, who cashed ₹3,90,630 in prize money.

WSOP bracelet winner, Kartik Ved finished 27th for ₹17,511, Ritwik Khanna finished 32nd for ₹17,511. Vishnu Khandelwal finished 37th for ₹14,817. Online reg Arjanveer Singh Chadha finished 41st for ₹14,817. Gutshot’s January 2021 cover star Gaurav Sood finished 46th for ₹14,817 and Myron Pereira finished 48th for ₹14,817 at this tourney.

WPT PLO Bounty – ₹5 Lakh GTD

This event was a progressive knockout bounty tournament. The tourney witnessed 231 entries battling it out. The advertised guarantee of this event was crushed as the final prize pool stood at ₹6,23,699. The top 24 places finished in the money and the min-cash at this tourney stood at ₹5,301.

Devrat Singh

Devrat Singh aka ‘Vickypune’ topped the table and took home ₹1,71,206 in prize money. Gaurav Sood aka ‘gauravarod’ finished at the runner-up spot and added ₹99,792 to his bankroll.

Myron Pereira busted at the eighth spot for ₹15,593. WSOP bracelet winner Kartik Ved finished 10th for ₹10,915 and Kunal Patni finished 11th for ₹10,915.
