WPT Day 10: Ritwik Khanna Becomes Biggest Winner Of The Night


World Poker Tour (WPT) has successfully completed 10 days but the grind just became more intense. Day 10 of WPT had two high value tournaments, namely, Tuesday Feature 8 Max and WPT Mini 6-Max. Ritwik Khanna shipped the biggest event of the night. Readers, let’s do a quick recap of the events that took place on Adda52 last night. 

WPT Tuesday Feature 8 Max – ₹22.5 Lakh GTD

Online reg Ritwik Khanna aka ‘ritwik27’ shipped the Tuesday Feature 8 Max tournament and took home a hefty sum of ₹5,51,250 in prize money. The runner-up in this event was mystery player ‘Oshuri’ who received a pay cheque of ₹3,26,250. This event had 471 entries in total and the top 49 players were paid a min-cash of ₹12,375.

Several notable grinders, namely, Vinayak Bajaj (5th, ₹1,12,500), Gokul Raj (12th, ₹22,500), Vishal Bajaj (15th, ₹22,500), IOPC veteran Sanat Mehrotra (17th, ₹19,125), Naresh Veeravalli (37th, ₹12,375), Anmol Mehta (43rd, ₹12,375), IOPC July 2021 Blaze of Glory winner Harshad Barve (38th, ₹12,375) among others made money in this ₹4,400 buy-in event.

WPT Mini 6 – Max – ₹8 Lakh GTD

This tournament had 389 entries in total and the top 43 places were paid a min-cash of ₹4,400. This event was nailed by Ravindra Arikeri aka ‘wormhole’ who cashed ₹1,98,400 in prize money.

WPT Day 10: Ritwik Khanna Becomes Biggest Winner Of The Night

The runner up in this event was Ankit Wadhawan aka ‘d00mtr00p3r’ who received a pay cheque of ₹1,20,000. The second runner up in this event was Siddharth Siddharth aka ‘sid4sid’ who took home ₹84,000. Notable grinders who finished in the money in this event were Mohit Mehta (15th, ₹8,000), Gokul Raj (23rd, ₹6,000), IOPC January 2021 Main Event winner Laksh Pal Singh (26th, ₹6,000) among others.
