USOP 2023: Arjanveer Singh Chadha Finishes 20th In Mystery Bounty

Arjanveer Singh Chadha finished 20th in the Mystery Bounty tournament for a sum of VND 28,500,000 (~ ₹97,894). He also grabbed a bounty worth VND 30,000,000.


Online and live reg Arjanveer Singh Chadha has made it to Day 2 of the Mystery Bounty at the U Series of Poker (USOP) 2023. The VND 11,000,000 (~USD 465) buy-in tournament had an advertised guarantee of VND 3,000,000,000 (~USD 124,560). The Indian pro is among the top three stacks that qualified for Day 2 of the event. 

This event generated a final prize pool of VND 3,127,200,000 (~USD 129,840). Mystery Bounty will pay the top 63 players. This event has a bounty prize pool of VND 1,683,900 (~USD 69,915)

Chadha was Day 1C chip lead with a stack of 452,000 chips (75 BB). The start of Day 2 chip lead is Vu Thai Bao from Vietnam who will bring a stack of 753,000 chips (126 BB). Total number of chips in play stands at 12,400,000 while the average stack is 196,825. Day 2 opening blinds will stand at 3K/6K, big blind ante 6K.

Apart from Chadha, Abhinav Iyer also grabbed headlines when he shipped the Mini High Roller event at the USOP 2023. Iyer took a pay cheque of VND 830,000,000 (~₹28.50 Lakh) for his top finish. Kunal Patni also made the final table at Event 3 Deepstack Turbo. He took the fourth spot for a sum of VND 39,000,000 (~₹1,33,952).

Apart from the abovementioned Indian pros, we also have, Dhaval Mudgal, Amit Kaushik, Anuj Yadav, Gaurav Sood, and Ankit Jajodia participating in this Asian poker series. USOP 2023 also has a Heads-Up Challenge event wherein Jajodia has made it to the final six. 

This event will also see Gaurav Sood locking horns with Dao Minh Phu. This Heads-Up Challenge will see players battling for a prize pool of VND 931,200,000 (~USD 38,660). 

This event had a buy-in of VND 33,000,000 (~USD 1,370) and received 32 total entries. The top four places will be paid. The first place finish gets a pay cheque of VND 500,000,000 (~₹17,17,336).
