Tuesday Round Up: Anmol Agarwal & Rishab Malik Grab Hefty Cash Prizes


Adda52 and PokerBaazi hosted their respective staple tournaments and several online regs tried their hands at these events. India Online Poker Championship July 2021 (IOPC) has kept most pro players busy but that did not deter these players from participating and winning popular tourneys like The Mint and The Endeavour.

The Mint – ₹15 Lakh GTD

The Mint tournament on Adda52 was a ₹3,850 buy-in tournament. The event was shipped by Anmol Agarwal aka ‘anmol39’ who received a pay cheque of  ₹3,05,377. The runner-up was online reg Ratul Steves aka ‘riverking021’ who cashed ₹2,91,623 in prize money. The top 43 players in this tournament were paid a min-cash of ₹8,250. 

The final table of this tournament had several pro players, namely, Vivek Singh (3rd, ₹1,57,500), Juli Kumari (4th, ₹1,20,000), Adda52 Game Ambassador Kunal Patni (5th, ₹78,000), IOPC January 2021 Main Event winner Laksh Pal Singh (6th, ₹52,500), Siddhanth Kripalani (7th, ₹41,250), Siddharth Karia (8th, ₹33,750). 

Notable players who made it in the money were Aditya Singh (12th, ₹18,750), Ankit Bajaj (15th, ₹), Gaurav Sood (17th, ₹15,000), Vinay Rajpal (19th, ₹12,750), among others.

The Endeavour – ₹12 Lakh GTD

The Endeavour tournament on PokerBaazi was a ₹3,850 buy-in event. The advertised guarantee of this tournament was surpassed by a thin margin and the final prize pool stood at ₹12,95,000. The top 45 players were paid a min-cash of ₹7,252. The Endeavour tournament was shipped by Rishab Malik aka ‘ryuk’ who added ₹2,72,000 to his bankroll. 

Players who made it in the money were Gutshot’s player of the month Anirban Das (36th, ₹8,417), Aman Parakh (39th, ₹7,252), Ritwik Khanna (42nd, ₹7,252), Gutshot’s April 2021 e-magazine cover star Siddharth Karia (26th, 9,583), Sanish Chhabra (15th, ₹16,190), Sanat Mehrotra (13th, ₹16,190), Vinay Rajpal (5th, ₹67,990), National Poker Series Main Event winner Mohammad Azhar (3rd, ₹1,22,000) among others.
