Tom Dwan Pays Nik Airball To Dance On His Rival?

After a poor outing at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2023, Tom Dwan was back to his grind. The American poker pro was seen at Hustler Poker Live and managed to pull off one of the funniest acts of the year. Amid all the highly intense action, players are often seen having their moments of fun at the poker table. They are often seen either having some beers or enjoying snacks in between the hands being dealt. Many players also look to bring an element of liveliness to the table through their costumes or actions when the cards are not dealt.

Tom Dawn found himself in an all-in situation against Anthony while playing at the $500/$500 (Pot-Limit Omaha) PLO. Both the players were eager to win this crucial hand. While Anthony had As Qs Qc 2c, Dwan was holding a Kd 6c 5d 3d. The pot value sat at $274,500, with the board displaying 8h 4d 5s 3h 7h. This gave Dwan a straight and the last laugh.

Playing with a lot of fun and flair, Dawn decided to poke fun at his rival. Seemingly in a joyous mood, Dwan presented an offer to two of his fellow players, which included Nik Airball. Waiting for the dealer, Dawn asked Airball to dance on his rival if he scoops the pot.

Yes, you read it right. As distracting as it may seem, Dawn did not blink once when he asked Airball to dance. And the Hustler regular happily obliged and shook a leg around Anthony who was visibly fuming.

 Such fun and antics show how poker is not serious all the time with the game retaining its purpose of having fun! We surely believe that it won’t be a one off incident and it remains interesting to see how players including the otherwise poker faced Dwan reacts in high stakes games.
