Sunday Roundup: Chirag Sodha wins Adda52 Full House for INR 25L!

Spartan Poker is well known for its innovative designs and one of them being the UVS series giving way to the exciting April edition’s Millionaire Lite INR 35 Lakhs GTD. The two-day multi-flight tournament attracted a giant field of 3,446 entries for a buy-in INR 1,650. Eventually, a juicy prize pool of INR 51.69 Lakhs was created and well-received by the top 320 players. After the two day battle the last man standing to grab the Millionaire title along with the incredible cash prize was Danny Desai aka ‘Danny123’ who defeated the winner of 2019 IPC 10K Freezeout Siddharth Mundada aka ‘Sidddhu’ in heads-up and banked a 7-digit score!

The popular Sunday tourney running alongside the main attraction on Spartan Poker was Sunday SuperStack INR 50 Lakhs GTD. A massive field of 1,030 entries chipped in INR 5,500 creating a prize pool of INR 51.50 Lakhs which was shared among the top 95 finishers. The tournament ended at 6:37 am and Kaushik Ghosh aka ‘kgjadoo’ came out on top defeating popular circuit grinder Anant Purohit aka ‘Pro’ in heads-up to bag the winner’s title.

Powering through the field was online grinder Suraj Rathi aka ‘OmgRATHIII’ who knocked out ‘Muhammed_Allin’ in heads-up pocketing the winner’s prize money and adding another title to his illustrious poker CV.

UVS #49 Big Daddy

A part of the UVS series on Spartan Poker, Big Daddy promised INR 12 Lakhs in prize pool and eventually garnered a field of 757 entries. Capturing the winner’s title after 6+ hours of intense grinding session was Kunal Sharma aka ‘cvc’ who defeated ‘neatvat’ in heads-up and banked the first-place prize money.

With a buy-in of INR 11,000, last night’s Adda52 Millions registered 319 entries. The guarantee was crushed, creating a bigger prize pool of INR 31.90 Lakhs which was earned by the top 34 finishers. Outlasting the field was online grinder Sanat Mehrotra aka ‘mehro2511’ who earned the winner’s prize money of INR 6.67 Lakhs while his opponent ‘piyushverma’ secured the runner-up position for INR 6.13 Lakhs.

The largest chunk was taken away by circuit grinder Chirag Sodha aka ‘cs56’ who secured a whopping INR 25 Lakh in prize money after eliminating Vinay Rajpal aka ‘vinay0902’ in heads-up. The opponent earned the runner-up payout of INR 12.49 Lakhs.

Coming out on top and giving a standout performance was Philip Jude aka ‘minisha_lamba’ who defeated online reg Arjanveer Chadha aka ‘ballistik310’ in heads-up adding the biggest win of his poker career INR 3.60 Lakhs prize money to his poker bankroll!
