Revenant Esports Announced Its New Call of Duty Mobile Multiplayer Roster


Indian esports organisation, Revenant Esports has announced its brand new  Call of Duty Mobile multiplayer roster. This new roster is an attempt to strengthen its position and offer a commitment to the Indian esports ecosystem. 

Last month, the organisation had announced a Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) roster. The brand, which was founded in 2021, is a one-stop destination for casual and aspiring gamers apart from professional players and content creators. Throughout the past year Revenant Esports had witnessed exponential growth.

Revenant Esports reportedly specializes in Call of Duty Mobile and has established a strong esports gaming and broadcasting infrastructure over time. The organisation had also announced its partnership with Red Bull India.

Ventureland Asia, an investment firm headed by Sajan Raj Kurup recently invested around a million dollars in Revenant Esports and picked up a 40% stake in the organisation. The esports company shared its new Call of Duty Mobile roster on its social media handles.

Pro player Nandhakishore Venugopalan aka ‘Abyss’ will lead the new Call of Duty Mobile: Multiplayer team. Apart from Abyss, the team will also include Call of Duty players like Rahul Machhar aka ‘Master,’ Neeraj G V aka ‘Bones,’ Divyanshu Pabia aka ‘Rekkles,’ Omkar Pandit aka ‘Xyro’ and Srivastsan Suresh aka ‘OiL.’

Each of these players come with their specialisations. Venugopalan is known for his versatility, Neeraj and Pabia are among the best fraggers in the country, Machhar is a dominant player in the CoDM esports ecosystem, while Suresh is well-known for his world-class capabilities.

South-East Asia’s veteran Call of Duty Mobile player Akash Arick aka ‘Candy,’ will be the new coach for the roster. Prashanth Bafna aka ‘Crunchy,’ will be the team’s manager. This new roster from Revenant Esports will compete in the upcoming Call of Duty Mobile World Championship 2021.
