Tuesday Round Up: Kartik Ved Smashes The Online Felts Once Again


Even in the middle of the week, the online poker felts were fueled with the voracious energy of poker players grinding their Tuesday night away. Emerging into this week’s spotlight was Kartik Ved, who once again shipped another high-value tournament on Spartan Poker. Marquee tournaments on PokerBaazi and Adda52 were also filled with players looking to make their mark on the online felts. Here’s a report on all the action that went down.

Mega Stack – 18 Lakh GTD

Spartan Poker’s Mega Stack never fails to draw in the crowd even on a Tuesday. The advertised guarantee of the ₹3,300 buy-in tournament was crushed thanks to the 789 total entries that participated in it. This means the final prize pool shot up to a grand ₹23,67,000. Players who made it to the top 71 places happily took a piece of this large prize pool. Each of them walked away with a min-cash of ₹8,994.

Coming back in full form was poker pro Kartik Ved aka ‘TheInternetKid’ who shipped the tournament and banked ₹4,56,831 in prize money. Ved has been setting the online felts on fire with his Sunday night win where he clinched his first Millionaire title and shipped the 40 Lakh GTD Deepstack tournament. Right behind him was player ‘ritz1911’ who was the runner-up and took home ₹2,87,827 in winnings.

The Endeavour – 12 Lakh GTD

PokerBaazi’s flagship tournament The Endeavour managed to welcome a sea of 402 total entries. This ₹3,850 buy-in event was a blazing success, as it crushed its initial guarantee and recorded ₹14,07,000 as its final prize pool. While many came to win, only the top 45 places made the money and received a min-cash of ₹7,879.

Shipping this week’s The Endeavour title was mystery player ‘thejoker’ after he made a deal with another mystery player ‘luckbox99.’ They walked away with ₹2,95,000 and ₹2,07,000 in prize money, respectively.

The Mint – 15 Lakh GTD 

The Mint on Adda52 saw a big turnout of 512 total entries and had a buy-in of ₹3,850. Due to this, the tournament crushed its original prize pool and recorded ₹17,92,000 as its final prize pool. While many sought to make the money, only the top 55 places did. These players received a min-cash of ₹8,064 in winnings.

This time it was player Uttam Kumar Sinha aka ‘chinunew’ who shipped The Mint tournament and took home ₹4,30,080 in winnings. Following him in runner-up position was player ‘zzzzz369’ who walked away with ₹2,50,880 in prize money.
