Poker Player Loses $700K In A SHOCKING Turn Of Events

Hustler Casino Live remains true to its expectations and has produced one of the most entertaining hands this year. The Max Pain Monday in the first night of Super High Stakes Week saw Martin Kabrhel, one of poker’s most controversial players, debut on Hustler Casino Live.

However, he didn’t steal the limelight much compared to a player who lost over $700,000 in just a few hours. Yes, you read it right! Let’s revisit how the action panned out on one of the show’s most memorable live streams.

Charles Yu, a Bitcoin miner, is a regular on Hustler Casino Live and is often seen playing and making appearances in some of the biggest private games in Southern California. Yu has nearly 50 appearances on HCL and has had a decent run overall. However, he had one of the worst sessions and lost $715,000 on the stream.

Yu ended up rebuying times after he lost pot after pot. It all happened, citing either a failed bluff attempt or following a cooler. In one hand during the stream, Yu (J♣ 9♣) raised against Indian poker star Santhosh Suvarna (7♥ 5♥)  on a board of 8♥ 4♠ Q♦ 6♠ K♣ before having to fold an all-in which pushed the pot value to $342,000.

Speaking about his final hand, Yu lost his last $88,000 holding J♥ 9♦ against Kabrhel’s Q♠ Q♣ and left, losing more than what an average American individual earns in a decade.

Suvarna was also involved in the biggest pot of the night, valued at $521,000! With $12,000 in the middle, the flop came out J♣ 7♥ 9♥. Mo (10♣ 8♥) flopped a straight and checked to Santhosh (A♥ 10♦ ) who bet $8,000. The bet was check-raised to $35,000 and called once again.

The K♥ popped up on the turn, giving Suvarna a flush draw and straight draw as Mo checked again with the Indian poker pro betting $72,000. Mo went all-in with his remaining $219,500 and got a call, pushing the pot value to $521,000. Both players decided to run it twice. While the first river of 5♥  completed the flush, the second river of 3♣  created a chop pot.
