Live Poker Rooms In Macau

Poker is rapidly rising in Asia. And if you are talking about poker in Asia, you can’t miss Macau aka ‘Las Vegas of the East.’ It is home to over 50 casinos. Reportedly, the gambling activities in Macau are higher and generate five times the revenue that Las Vegas does through gambling. These gambling revenues account for almost 50% of Macau’s overall revenue.

Talking about the gaming regulations in the region, it is the only place in China where gambling is legal in casinos. Macau was once a Portuguese colony, and gambling has been legal in the region since 1850. When Portugal handed over Macau to China in 1999, several transitions took place; however, the gambling laws remained intact.
