‘Jeneva’ Ships Gutshot’s Exclusive 10K Freeroll On Spartan Poker

Many Gutshot players ended the weekend with a bang as they played Gutshot’s exclusive 10K freeroll on Spartan Poker. This freeroll had 61 total entries, out of which top 15 positions were paid. The min-cash stood at ₹210. Player ‘iamclient’ bubbled in the 16th position and left empty-handed.

After a good grind, the final table (FT) action boiled down to players ‘Jeneva’ and Rahul Singh aka ‘Jinchuriki.’ The action was intense as the two players fought long and hard to clinch the top spot. Entering level 30 with 269,816 chips was ‘Jeneva’ who had a strong lead on the FT, while Singh was equally determined to claim the title spot with 215,184 in chips.

In the last hand, both the players posted the ante for 900 and it was ‘Jeneva’ who was in the big blind position. Singh had A♣ 5♦ and ‘Jeneva’ had A♥ T♣. Both went all-in on the pre flop with player ‘Jeneva’ having an uncalled bet of 54,632 chips. The board open to the cards 8♣ T♦ A♦ 4♣ 2♥ and ‘Jeneva’ shipped the event with two pairs (AA,TT).

‘Jeneva’ won the Gutshot exclusive 10K freeroll on Spartan Poker and grabbed a prize money of ₹2,900. Singh ended up in the runner-up position and took home a pay cheque of ₹1,750. When asked about his experience, Singh said, “Poker is a mind game made up of statistics and reading other people. But I’ve learnt to always trust my gut when unsure.
