IOPC June 2023 Day 3: Top Players Like Ashutosh Balodhi, Sameer Agarwal And Tarush Gupta Win Big


We are back with yet another round up on the India Online Poker Champion (IOPC). Today, we will look into Day 3 tournaments. Names like Ashutosh Balodhi, Tarush Gupta, Mayank Lakhani and Sameer Agarwal emerged victorious and grabbed the coveted IOPC titles. Let us take a look at last night’s tournaments and their respective winners. 

IOPC  #18 (10 Lakh GTD)

This tournament of IOPC June 2023 was nailed by a mystery player called ‘AREWEALIENS’ for a sum of ₹1,94,900. The runner-up was ‘AjubaBakchodOG’ ₹1,23,800. The event had 478 entries and the min-cash in this 2,200 buy-in tourney was ₹5,700. Top 47 places were paid in event #18.

IOPC  #20 Monster Stack (10 Lakh GTD)

A well-known name from the online poker circuit, Hemant Meena won this event for a payday of ₹2,30,575. ‘AREWEALIENS’ was the runner-up for ₹1,53,295. The Monster Stack had a buy-in of 2750 and the total entries stood at 460. The min-cash paid in this event was ₹7,935; top 39 places were paid.

IOPC  #21 Saturday Prime (35 Lakh GTD)

This Saturday Prime tourney had 651 total entries and the player who emerged victorious was Tarush Gupta. He laughed his way to the bank with ₹6,75,500. Mayank  Lakhani finished second and took a pay cheque of ₹4,25,600. The ₹5,500 had paid the top 71 spot and the min-cash paid was ₹13,300.

IOPC  #22 Saturday Spotlight (18 Lakh GTD)

Another Saturday feature tourney was the Spotlight event with 18 Lakh GTD up for grabs. Another well-known player from the poker circuit shipped the event. Ashutosh Balodhi nailed the top spot for ₹3,49,200. Rahul Sahni finished second and added ₹2,21,400 to his bankroll. The total entries in this ₹3,300 event stood at 595. Saturday Spotlight paid the top 55 places and the min-cash was ₹8,820. 

IOPC  #23 (10 Lakh GTD)

Sameer Agarwal came out on top as the title holder in this event. As the top place finisher he added ₹1,94,000 to his bankroll. Popular player Harsh Dev Jhirmiria who has been making headlines with his incredible run secured the runner-up for a sum of ₹1,23,000. This event had a total of 587 entries and the buy-in stood at ₹1,650. The top 55 places were in the money and the min-cash given was ₹4,900.
