There’s nothing like a good grind session at the end of the week. For many poker players, Friday kicked-off on a good note. With many high value tournaments across platforms like Add52, Spartan Poker, and PokerBaazi, let’s take a look at the big winners of the day.
Emerging victorious from a field of 296 total entries, it was player ‘SD444’ who clinched the top spot on Spartan Poker’s The Elite tournament. He won a whopping sum of INR 4,81,960 for his efforts. The buy-in for the tournament was INR 11,000 and the top 31 places were paid a min-cash of INR 26,400.
While it was Sreekanth Narayan who took Adda52’s The Ballers title last week, this Friday the INR 22.5 GTD tournament was clinched by Saurabh Rohila aka ‘saurabh21.’ Rohila walked away with INR 5,62,500 in prize money. The tournament’s final prize pool was INR 23,47,000 which exceeded the advertised guarantee. It had a total of 313 entries out of which the top 34 places were paid a min-cash of INR 15,750.
PokerBaazi’s Weekly Highroller welcomed a total of 122 entries who paid a buy-in amount of INR 11,000 to be a part of this tournament. The advertised guarantee was crushed with the final prize pool recorded as INR 13,42,000. The top 15 places took a piece of this prize pool with each place getting a min-cash of INR 19,520. The Futuristic tournament is a part of Spartan Poker’s daily poker marathon, where players are invited to show-off their skill sets. This Friday, the Futuristic title was won by Sandeep Singh aka ‘SandeeSingh’ who took home INR 1,33,160 in winnings. Singh is a regular at Spartan Poker’s tourneys. He battled his way through a sea of 879 entries out of which the top 119 places were paid a min-cash of INR 2,250.
