DPT Oct 2023: Prajit Gambhir Ships NLH Bounty

Prajit Gambhir has emerged victorious as the NLH Bounty champion at the ongoing Deltin Poker Tour (DPT) October 2023 edition. Playing at Level 24 with blinds sitting at 15K/30K, big blind ante 30K, the poker player cum commentator battled a field of 91 contenders to walk away with the DPT title.

After an intense fight against seasoned poker pro Siddarth Singhvi, Gambhir showcased his poker skills and strategy during the heads-up session to win the NLH Bounty title.

Gambhir’s grand triumph in the NLH Bounty event saw the poker pro claim an impressive top prize of ₹2,52,359, alongside the shiny DPT trophy. Singhvi, who held a slight chip advantage in the initial battle, failed to hold the lead and took the second spot. He ended up winning ₹1,76,938 for his runner-up finish in the event. Earlier in DPT October 2023, Ritwik Khanna managed to ship the Warm-Up NLH Turbo event. The online and live reg poker pro registered his first-ever live win alongside recording a payday of ₹4,13,289. 

Held at the Deltin Royale, Goa, DPT October 2023 has already seen a  ton of intense poker action so far. The 15th edition of the DPT has some marquee tourneys on offer with the High Roller and Main Event being the star attractions. With a lot of big names in attendance and mega prize pools expected to be generated this year, DPT 2023 is going to be a blast. The 15th edition of this coveted series had already created a lot of hype when the event was announced. Players from all across the country fly to Goa to be a part of this poker spectacle. 

It remains interesting to see which poker players end up winning the coveted DPT titles and have their names etched in poker history.
