DPT July 2023 ME: Kunal Patni, Alok Birewar, Dhaval Mudgal, Laksh Pal Singh Qualify For Day 2

The highly anticipated Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) July 2023 kicked off on 18th July amid high energy and excitement. The live series has a Main Event (ME) which most pros in the circuit look forward to shipping. The ME title remains to be the most coveted title of the series and players participating in this live poker series will put on a tough show to make the ME grind a competitive one. 

Day 2 of DPT July 2023 Main Event

With four starting flights to the DPT July 2023 ME, many pros have qualified for Day 2. With three starting flights to the ME concluded and Day 1D underway, many pros have posted on their respective Instagram Stories, their updates on making Day 2. 

The banker-turned-pro Kunal Patni shared an update on him making Day 2 of the DPT July 2023 Main Event and we are super excited for him. From flight Day 1C, Patni bagged 348,000 chips. 

Next up are pros like Dhaval Mudgal, Laksh Pal Singh, Arjanveer Singh Chadha, Tanmay Benara, Nishant Kumar, IPC Megastacks May 2022 High Roller champ, Alok Birewar, online reg Harsh Bubna, WPT Prime India 2023 Mini Main Event winner Nitesh Baliyan, Anmol Mehta and Day 1C end of day chip lead Karam Sitlani. This chip leader has 662K in his kitty to battle it out on Day 2 of the Main Event.

Other qualifiers in Day 2

Day 1A of the Main Event saw Faiz Alam concluding the day as chip lead with 457,500 chips in his bag. WPT Prime India 2023 Main Event winner Prasit Chowdhury has 148,500 to fight for the top prize in the ME. 

Gagandeep Malik who previously shipped the WPT Prime India 2023 High Roller also found a bag for Day 2 of the ME with 312,500 chips. 

Yasheel Doddanavar tops the list of survivors from Day 1B. This flight saw survivors in regs like Gautam Rohilla, Vikhayat Ahlawat, Rishab Malik, Gaurav Kalra among others. 

With so many well-known names making Day 2, it would be interesting to see which other pros qualify for Day 2 via flight Day 1D. The competition on Day 2 will undoubtedly be fierce and it remains to see who emerges victorious from a sea of solid grinder to take home the prestigious DPT July 2023 Main Event title.
