Did Daniel Negreanu Say Alex Foxen SNORTS His Protein?

Daniel Negreanu never fails to make us laugh and this time, it came at the expense of poker pro Alex Foxen. In a tweet, Negreanu shared a link to a World Series of Poker (WSOP) YouTube short where he takes over and delivers some pretty fiery commentary on the players featured on the screen.

In the video, Negreanu describes Foxen as someone who looks like he ‘snorts protein powder,’ referencing the player’s beefed-up appearance. He also takes a dig at the other player, commenting that he looks like a ‘Vegas club promoter,’ adding the much-needed picante sauce in the commentary. DNegs who came on board as a guest commentator, was nothing short of an entertaining ride from start to finish, which also included a sick hand.

The Poker Hall of Famer tweeted the link with the caption, “Poker is supposed to be fun. This is the type of new content we need! Pros, whatever you do, do not click. This is not meant for you.” We are sure this was just a clickbait attempt by ‘KidPoker’ to click on the link, which we definitely fell for. However, it’s safe to say that we were indeed not disappointed.

The video itself was one out of a series by WSOP titled Not Boring Poker. The series aims to fill the silence between long pauses in a poker game with humorous commentary that ‘treats the action on the table with a bit more of a comedic angle.’ And who better than ‘KidPoker’ himself to execute it? The description on the video also warns players that if they want to learn something, Not Boring Poker videos are the last thing they should be seeing as the entire section is dedicated to just having fun.
