Daniel Buzgon Wins 4th WSOP Title In Four Months

The 2021 WSOP Online Circuit Series kicked off with the Caesars Atlantic City Online Circuit Event this weekend. The event is scheduled to run between May 14th to 25th which includes a dozen of gold ring tournaments. There are over $1 million in guarantees over the course of the event.

Event #1: $50,000 GTD PLO BIG $500 was held on Friday with over 67 players rebuying 47 times. The final prize pool of $53,238 surpassed the $50,000 GTD,  which was distributed among the top 15 players.

It was Daniel ‘juice’ Buzgon who defeated Hung ‘nowitsover’ Truong heads up after a five and a half hour play. The New Jersey player won $12,936.83 and added his career’s eighth gold ring to his collection.

On February 24th 2021, Buzgon won WSOP Online Planet Hollywood Circuit Event #8: $50,000 NLH Knockout Freezeout taking $14,896.92 by beating 281-entry fields. Just two days later, he topped 261-entry field to grab the Event #10: $75,000 GTD NLH Big $500 title for $24,840.57.

On March 27th, the player again defeated a sea of entries to win a 476-entry field WSOP Online Silver Legacy Circuit Event #9: $125,000 GTD NLH Double Stack, taking home $24,418.80. The WSOP Caesars Atlantic City Online Circuit Event victory marked the 4th WSOPC title in four months for the pro player. 

The four rings won over the four months add to Buzgon’s existing count of four rings. The poker pro had won his first two gold rings at the live WSOPC Harrah’s Atlantic City event in 2017. He later won his third and fourth ring in online tournaments in 2018 followed by 2020. Buzgon now has eight gold rings in total from poker tournaments.
