Australian Poker Open 2024: Paawan Bansal Ships Poker Palace Warm Up

Popular pro from the Indian poker circuit—Paawan Bansal has shipped the Poker Palace Warm Up event at the Australian Poker Open (APO) 2024 for a payday of $34,475. This Gurugram-based pro shared the happy news about his victory on his Instagram Stories. Bansal’s latest Instagram update sees him holding the Australian Poker Open 2024 trophy with the title ‘Poker Palace Warm Up’ engraved on it.

This event had 31 total entries and the final prize pool stood at $589,000. The min-cash in the Poker Palace Warm Up tournament stood at $1,100. The top 34 places were paid in this Australian Poker Open 2024 event. Bansal finally chopped the prize money and played for the trophy. 

The 33-year-old player had previousl y shared an update on his Instagram Stories about him making the final table in the Poker Palace Warm Up tourney, which made his followers even more curious as to what will happen next.

The poker series kicked off on 26th March and will run till 7th April 2024 at the Doltone House in Western Sydney. The poker tournament series offered a prize pool of $2 Million with some lucrative satellite options available. 

Coming to the Poker Palace Warm Up event, this tourney had an advertised guarantee of $125,000 with a buy-in of $550. The starting stack was 40,000 and the event allowed re-entries. The tournament had four starting day flights with Day 2 kick-starting at 12 PM on 6th April 2024.
