APT Phu Quoc 2023 Main Event: All You Need To Know

The Asian Poker Tour (APT) is back with APT Phu Quoc 2023 at the Corona Resort and Casino Phu Quoc, Vietnam. This exciting series will kick-start on  24th March and will continue until 2nd April 2023. The series has a glamorous line-up of 44 events across variants like Texas Hold’em, PLO, Turbo, and Bounty, among others.

Among this line-up of events, the highlight is the Main Event which has a buy-in of VND33,000,000 ($1,404.72). The event will feature four starting flights leading to the final day of the Main Event. Apart from the flights, the Main Event will also have satellites that will offer FREE seats to the Main Event flights. 

APT Phu Quoc Main Event Satellites

APT Phu Quoc 2023 schedule has three satellites that will offer FREE tickets to the Main Event flights. Check out the satellite’s schedule.

26th March

On 26th March 2023 at 7 PM, there will be Event 10: Satellite to Main Event, offering one seat guaranteed to the Main Event flight. This satellite will have a buy-in of VND 5,500,000 ($233.78). 

27th March 

At 12 PM on 27th March 2023, Event 16: Satellite to Main Event is offering one seat GTD to the Main Event. Players can play this satty for a buy-in of VND 5,500,000 ($233.78).

28th March

Event 21: Satellite to Main Event on 28th March at 7 PM, will give away one seat GTD for a buy-in of $5,5000,000 ($2,329.50)

APT Phu Quoc Main Event Flights:

There will be four flights leading to the final day of the Main Event as follows:

Flight A

Flight A, known as Event 13: APT Main Event – VND 10,000,000,000 GTD Flight A will take place on 27th March at 12 PM, and have a buy-in of $33,00,000 ($1,398.74). The late-reg for this flight will end at 11.45 PM.

Flight B

Event 13: APT Main Event – VND 10,000,000,000 GTD Flight B will begin at 12 PM on 28th March 2023, with the late-reg ending at 8.30 PM. It will have a buy-in of $33,000,000 ($1,398.74).

Flight C

Event 13: APT Main Event – VND 10,000,000,000 GTD Flight C will commence at 12 PM on 29th March 2023. It will have a buy-in of $33,000,000 ($1,398.74) with late registrations ending at 5.30 PM. 

Flight D

Flight D, Event 13: APT Main Event – VND 10,000,000,000 GTD Flight D  will take place on the same day as flight D. It will begin at 5 PM, and the registrations will bend at 10.30 PM. The flight will have a $33,000,000 ($1,398.74) buy-in. 

APT Phu Quoc Main Event Final Day

Main Event Day 2 

Day 2 of the APT Phu Quoc Main Event will start at 12 PM on 30th March 2023. Players can enter the Main Event till the start of Day 2 for a buy-in of $33,000,000 ($1,398.74). 

Main Event Day 3

Day 3 will be held on 31st March 2023 at 12 PM wherein the series will crown it’s ultimate champion.

Main Event Final Day

The final day of the Main Event with a VND 10,000,000,000 ($423,520.16) GTD will take place on 1st April 2023 at 12 PM. 

Mini-Main Event

Apart from the Main Event, the series also has a Mini-Main Event, which will be a two-day event with a buy-in of $8,800,000 ($372.78). Two flights, Day 1A and Day 1B will be on 1st April 2023 at 12 PM and 5 PM, respectively, while the final day will take place on 2nd April at 12.30 PM. 

APT Phu Quoc High Speed Main Event

This series also has a unique High Speed Main Event, which will take place on 2nd April 2023 at 12 PM for a buy-in of VND 11,000,000 ($465.97).
