After COVID Delay, Elite Poker Tournament Is BACK

Hold your breath as we bring to you some exciting news about Elite Poker Tour (EPT). Previously, we wrote about live poker returning to Kolkata with EPT and how the entire poker fraternity is eagerly waiting for live events to resume. Well, back in October, COVID-19 played spoilsport due to which the West Bengal state government issued restrictions and curbs on public movement and imposed a night curfew between 11 PM and 5 AM. Due to the element of uncertainty, EPT had to be postponed keeping the safety of players in mind. 

As per the latest notification issued by the WB government, the restrictions enforced till 31st March will be revoked. This means the night curfew will also be relaxed post the above mentioned date. The notification clearly states that the health and hygiene protocols issued by the state government will continue as before.

Now, it is time that EPT returns in all its glory at Club Fenicia, Kolkata. The venue spells glam and extravaganza. Players who will register for this event will witness the grandeur and charm of live poker. With most games expected to be high-value tournaments, expect some intense action on the live felts.

We know you want more information, but currently, we can only tell you about the return of EPT in Kolkata at Club Fenicia. Additionally, speculations suggest that organizers of EPT could kick-start the series, sometime in June 2022. If you recollect, we had also previously mentioned that EPT is a super high roller series so players with heavy bankrolls could look out for updates on this poker series.
