WSOP 2023 $2,500 NLH: Kartik Ved In Top 15 Stacks At The End Of Day 2 

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2023 $2,500 No-Limit Hold’em completed Day 2 with Seth Davies leading the pack of survivors into Day 3. Davies bagged a solid stack of 9,425,000 chips. Among the Indian players who survived Day 2 are Kartik Ved and Shashank Jain. The WSOP Online bracelet winner, Ved is among the top 15 stacks. He bagged a stack of 2,220,000 chips and is placed on the 14th position as per chip counts. Jain survived the day with a stack of 950,000 chips.

Other Indian players who participated in the WSOP 2023 $2,500 No-Limit Hold’em event were Sajal Gupta, WSOP bracelet winner Abhinav Iyer, and Nishant Sharma.

Indians in WSOP 2023 Main Event

So far, no Indian player has nailed a WSOP gold bracelet. Talking about the Indians grinding in the WSOP Main Event, Nikita Luther, Anirban Das and Aditya Systla are battling it out. All three players have survived the Day 5 bloodbath and made Day 6. Das has secured the 6th highest stack (9,230,000 chips) while Systla has the 30th highest stack (5,945,000 chips). Luther was among the top 10 stacks but lost a good chunk of her chips to slip to the 59th position with a chip stack of 4,380,000.

Can an Indian ship the WSOP 2023 ME?

If things go splendidly as they have so far, we can be hopeful of having an Indian player ship the coveted WSOP 2023 ME title and the gold bracelet. Das and Luther are two of the most well-known names in the Indian poker circuit and seeing them win a title like this one would mean making history.
