WPC Summer Series Hanoi 2023: Amit Kaushik Ships Bounty Hunter Title

We have a new bounty hunter in town. No, we don’t mean it in the way it’s shown in the Hollywood flicks, we mean, we have a new winner in town.

Indian poker pro Amit Kaushik shipped the Bounty Hunter tournament at the World Poker Championship (WPC) Summer Series Hanoi Vietnam July 2023. The online reg who got into live poker recently, shared the happy news on his Instagram account.

He wrote, “Great start to the live mtt grind, already two FTs and a win in first three days. Won the WPC Summer Series Hanoi Bounty Hunter yesterday. Feels great to have won my first WPC title along with the beautiful trophy. Hope we can get more of these this month. Thanks everyone for the wishes and good luck. Onto the next!”

After Ashish Munot chopped the High Roller to take down the High Roller trophy, Kaushik added to India’s trophy tally. The Bounty Hunter tourney had a buy-in of $380 and had a starting stack of 15,000 chips. There were 25-minute levels and late registrations started at Level 7.
