Witzeal Surpasses 2 Billion In Revenue And 30 Million Registered Users 


One of India’s most rapidly growing new-age gaming technology companies, Witzeal, has successfully surpassed over 30 million registered users and has also reached a new milestone by exceeding ₹2 Billion in revenue generated. Witzeal is amongst the top five real-money gaming (RMG) platforms that generates, innovates and introduces modern and, tech driven skill games that are at par with the standards of the global industry. 

The online gaming industry in India has witnessed an upward trend in recent years backed by a youthful and tech-savvy population, accessibility of smartphones, enhanced internet availability, and the overall technological evolution. With a determination to grow further, the online gaming industry is expected to expand to 510 million by 2025 and will value worth $3 billion in the same time period. Today, the gaming companies, are catering to all, via personalised content, engaging social experiences and innovative gameplays.

Ever since Witzeal initiated its operations, the platform has seen a positive growth particularly in the casual skill gaming segment. The boom of the online gaming market has also played a part in Witzeal’s growth. Besides, Witzeal develops all its games in-house thus increasing the credibility of the games and the faith of users with regards to  enhanced security and gaming experience. Currently, the company has more than 17 games in its portfolio, recording more than 1 million active users monthly.

Witzeal stepped into the RMG segment with ‘BigCash’ in 2017.  The platform has over 17 in-house developed games and it uses behavioural science, technology and artificial intelligence to provide exceptional game playing experiences across its platforms. Most of Witzeal’s users are from tier II and tier III cities and the company aims to target users across the urban and rural population.

“India boasts of being home to the second-largest gaming market across the globe and has an annual growth rate of 38%. Leveraging this growth, Witzeal is aiming to develop more revolutionary games in-house. Our live video feature is preferred by majority of users, as it not only helps the users to connect with each other but also socialise and build a community. We continue to remain profitable driven by this fundamental growth. Having said that, we are hoping that the industry soon adopts a fair regulatory oversight so that there is enough room for the different operators to flourish,” Singh adds.

Witzeal recently launched ‘Fast Ludo’, the traditional game of Ludo with a twist. ‘Fast Ludo’ eliminates the use of rolling dice concept giving its players equal opportunities to win, thus  further magnifying player engagement. The game ends in less than 120 seconds. Additionally, Witzeal has also launched ‘Gaming Subscription Model’ to multiply the overall gaming experience to cater to a diverse set of users. This subscription model enables users to subscribe to the platform and take advantage of special benefits and offers.
