Attracting a field of 737 runners only the top 71 finishers made into the money. After long intense hours of grinding, at 3:34 am, ‘Callmebabe’ topped the list and claimed the first-place cash prize while his opponent Lakshpal Singh aka ‘LuckyBhai$’ secured the runner-up position.
The star attraction of last night was SSS #48 High Roller INR 60 Lakh GTD on Spartan Poker. The buy-in to the tournament was as high as INR 27,500 which pulled out a field of 273 entries. Soon, this number crushed the advertised guarantee to create INR 68.25 Lakh in prize pool which was distributed among the top 27 players. Riding past the field to emerge as the biggest winner of yesterday was circuit popular Arsh Grover aka ‘BigggTymeR’ who railed out ‘masterbluff’ in heads-up and banked a 7-digit score!
Another feature on Spartan Poker SSS #49 Big Bounty INR 7.50 Lakh GTD kicked off at 9:30 pm yesterday garnering a field of 240 entries for a buy-in of INR 3,300. The final prize pool was well-received by the top 31 players with each one locking at least INR 6,600. Capturing the valuable title along with the prize money was Ishaan Bhatia aka ‘potripper16’ while his opponent ‘TurnYourAce’ settled in the second position.
An exciting week ahead for all the poker players out there as Adda52’s AOPS is right here! Last night hosted AOPS Mandovi INR 35 Lakh GTD which kicked off at 8 pm. With a buy-in of INR 5,500 a total of 774 entries joined the field to collect a final prize pool of INR 38.70 Lakh. After battling for long hours, the last man standing was online reg Sreekanth Narayan aka ‘n0thing’ who grabbed an impressive INR 8.90 Lakh in prize money after knocking out ‘Raghavv’ in heads-up. The latter banked the runner-up payout of INR 5.10 Lakh.
Thursday feature on PokerStars was Highroller INSCOOP Edition INR 15 Lakh GTD which pulled out 222 entries after each paid INR 7,700. The advertised guarantee slightly surpassed to create INR 16.10 Lakh in prize pool and largest chunk of which was taken away by ‘@rjun’ who defeated PokerStars’ Battle Royale winner Sandy Lamba aka ‘Ziigmunddd’ in heads-up and bagged the first-place prize money.
