Saturday Round Up: Tarush Gupta Slayed On Virtual Felts Yesterday


Saturday nights are all about partying and it was no less for poker players. Tarush Gupta claimed a title yet again on PokerBaazi’s online felts. Along with him, Satyandev Yadav and Juli Kumari also shipped tournaments on Spartan Poker and Adda52 respectively. Keep reading to know more about all the action that went down on the poker felts last night. 

Blockbuster – ₹6 Lakh GTD

PokerBaazi’s Blockbuster tournament had 321 entries in total. The top 36 players made it in the money in this ₹2,200 buy-in event. A min-cash of ₹4,365 was paid. The event was shipped by Tarush Gupta aka ‘Busterr’ who received a paycheque of ₹1,42,000. The runner up in this event was a mystery player who goes by the moniker ‘Maverick_.’ This player took home ₹99,510 in prize money. The advertised guarantee in this tournament was surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹6,42,000.

October has been an exceptionally well month for Tarush as he previously shipped two tournaments. The Maverick tournament hosted on Adda52 on 13th October and Spartan Poker’s Race on 26th October, both were crushed by Gupta.

UVS Highroller – ₹15 Lakh GTD

The Ultimate Value Series on Spartan Poker has been taking place in full swing. This Highroller was shipped by Sathyandev Yadav aka ‘yoda23’ who received a paycheque of ₹3,00,750. The runner up in this event was an anonymous player who goes by the moniker ‘nirmal512.’ This player cashed ₹1,99,950. The tournament had 449 entries in total. The top 39 players made it in the money and the min-cash stood at ₹10,350.

Excalibur – ₹10 Lakh GTD

Adda52’s staple tournament, Excalibur, had 353 entries in total. The event was shipped by Juli Kumari aka ‘Lily8’ who had a payday of ₹2,65,000. The runner up in this tournament was Devrat Singh aka ‘Vickypune’ who cashed ₹1,52,000 in prize money. A total of 38 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹4,500 was paid.
