Table 12 saw Sameer Shivare back in action against Somshekhar. Preflop action was called by four players and on a flop of 2 ♣ A ♣ J ♦ , Somshekhar bet 3,000 which Shivare with his A ❤ T ♣ called while others folded. The turn opened 4 ❤ which saw Shivare check to eventually call Somshekhar’s 7,000 raise. To Shivare’s delight the river was a T ❤ which gave him two pairs. However, he again checked the river and happily called off Somshekhar’s 15,000 bet who later mucked his hand while Shivare continued to chip up once again!
