Sahil Mahboobani earns 3rd title this month – The Endeavour

Sahil Mahboobani has been playing phenomenally this year, live and online, but the December vibe is suiting him perfectly it seems. He has already bagged two big titles this month, the Godfather title on Adda52 and Spartan’s Triple Bubble title. As if that wasn’t enough, he did it again last night on PokerBaazi, shipping their feature tournament of Tuesday – The Endeavour 10 Lakhs GTD.

Yesterday’s Endeavour on PokerBaazi was a pretty action-packed affair, drawing a total of 344 entries who collectively crushed the INR 10 Lakhs GTD and created a fresh prize pool of INR 12,04,000, all individually coughing up the buy-in of INR 3,850. The tournament began at the usual time of 8 pm last evening and Mahboobani was declared champion today morning at 2:33 am, when the game ended.

Beating a 344-strong field, Mahboobani has proved his worth again, taking home INR 2,40,800 as 1st place cash prize and will look forward to carrying his phenomenal trend into 2019 as well, which is expected to be a promising year for all poker fans around the world. Spartan’s staggering INR 8.5+CR IOPC series will also be hosted at the start of 2019 for all poker enthusiasts to witness and play.

Mahboobani has won so many tournaments in the past, on PokerBaazi as well as other sites, that he probably is used to winning by now, online as well as live. He also came 2nd in the 2018 WPT India Main Event, adding another significant 6-figure amount of INR 46,53,000 to his bankroll this year. Also, by winning the Godfather title on Adda52, he has bagged a chance to play in the 2019 Aussie Millions, beginning 15th January in Australia.

Back to last night’s tournament, Mahboobani defeated ‘AilaGaya’ in the heads-up, who took home INR 1,77,590 as the runner-up cash prize. Out of the top 31 places paid, there were a few regulars in the mix too. Latest Adda52 Go Goa 1.2L package winner Pranav Khandalkar aka ‘pranavpoker’ finished 4th for INR 96,320 last night. Anurag Srivastava aka ‘13anurag’ came 5th, taking home INR 72,240, while simultaneously shipping the Mega Stack on Spartan last night.

Vinay B aka ‘Vinstill’ finished 11th for INR 18,060. Other knowns include Sajjan Barnwal aka ‘TheTeacher’ (20th – INR 15,050), Anirban Das aka ‘pottysingh’ (22nd – INR 15,050), PSPC Bahamas Platinum Pass winner Sumit Sapra aka ‘boronyx’ (25th – INR 15,050) and Neeraj Kumar aka ‘SelfClaimedPro’ (30th – INR 12,040).
