PokerStars On Board Benjamin Rolle aka ‘bencb789’ As The Brand’s Latest Ambassador

PokerStars signed Benjamin ‘bencb789’ Rolle as their latest ambassador. The Raise Your Edge creator and German poker pro joins the ranks of Sam Grafton and Parker Talbot, who both joined PokerStars earlier this year. In addition to working with Rolle, PokerStars will team up with Raise Your Edge to give players exclusive material, live instruction, and courses to help them better their poker strategy. More information about this collaboration will be released soon.

“Ben is probably one of the best Multi-Table Tournament players in the world, and he’s been smashing big stakes for years,” said Scott Goodall, PokerStars’ Associate Director of Communities and Partnerships.

“By collaborating with Ben and Raise Your Edge, PokerStars will be able to provide top-notch content while also gaining valuable feedback and input from Ben, the RYE community, as well as our existing ambassadors and partners, ensuring that we can continue to improve and provide the best experience for all of our players and communities.”

Rolle, who won the Main Event of the Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP), expressed his delight at the opportunity to work with PokerStars.

“By collaborating with PokerStars, I’ll be able to create fresh material and be even more innovative in my efforts to attract new players to the game. This chance excites me, and I am glad for it. I consider it an honour to represent PokerStars, to be a voice for the community, and to serve as a link between them and the platform,” Rolle added.

The professional poker player has won many tournaments, including the SCOOP Main Event. Rolle, then known simply as ‘bencb789,’ defeated Fedor ‘CrownUpGuy’ Holz in the inaugural online $1,02,000 buy-in poker tournament five years ago. Rolle took home $1,172,461 in prize money after winning the WCOOP $1,02,000 Highroller.

The timing of Rolle joining PokerStars matches perfectly with the start of the 2021 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP). He will be streaming WCOOP content on his Twitch account regularly throughout the tournament.
