‘pokerbill’ wins The Elite at Spartan for INR 3,25,600

‘pokerbill’ emerged victorious in The Elite tournament last night for INR 3,25,600 at TheSpatanPoker.com. This INR 15 Lakhs GTD weekly event saw a participation of 189 entries which crushed the original guarantee making it INR 18,90,000 by the end of late registrations. This mammoth prizepool was distributed to the top 20 places with a min-cash of INR 25,326. The winner ‘pokerbill’ defeated ‘instrumental’ in heads-up battle with the latter taking home INR 2,74,310 for the second place finish.

The seven hour long grind ended in level #39 with blinds running 10,000-20,000-2,500 just the final four players left which included ‘pokerplaystore’ and ‘BigggTymeR’ as the two others besides the aforementioned finshers. ‘pokerbill’ collected chips from the final pot after which there was a deal struck between the four and pokerbill took first place for INR 3,25,600 giving him the biggest chunk. The remaining three took somewhat similar prizes with Instrumental making INR 2.74 Lakhs, BigggTymeR took third place for INR 2,69,313 and pokerplaystore took fourth place for INR 2,63,454.

This was all about the Elite tournament but don’t forget the ongoing tournaments and promotions at The Spartan Poker such as the Cash Cricket League (CCL) will end in two weeks where you can win up to INR 6 Lakhs and get a chance to win tickets to watch the IPL semi-finals along with one night’s stay at the nearest hotel to the stadium. That’s not all; the package also includes a flight ticket in case the winning player resides in a different state of India.

Tournament action continues with Spartan’s Little Big Series (LBS) which takes place next week from 24-27 May guaranteeing INR 26+ Lakhs in overall prizes along with the INR 1,00,000 leaderboard. The minimum buy-in is INR 55 where the highest range is INR 3,300 for the Mini Biggie tournament (which is the highroller, if you will, of this particular series).
