PokerBaazi Premier League Winter Edition kicks off tomorrow

PokerBaazi is one of the most established brands among other Indian online poker platforms. They come up with plenty of exciting events and tournament series sprinkled all over the years’ timeline. As reported by Gutshot earlier, the PokerBaazi Premier League (PPL) is a series which will see its fourth edition of the year, dubbed as the Winter edition, beginning tomorrow. This will go on till 16^th December.

The series has a total prize pool of over INR 5 Crores, including PokerBaazi’s signature The MoneyMaker of whopping INR 1 Crore GTD, acting as the Main Event of the 7-day action-packed festival. The festival includes a total of 34 events lined up for the pleasure of every type of player.

Every day of the festival will have a high-stakes feature tournament. The first day will feature another one of PokerBaazi’s well-known tournaments, The Bout, having INR 25 Lakhs GTD. The following days will have The Endeavour (30L GTD), The Vegas (30L GTD), HighRoller 6-Max (50L GTD), The ValueTown (15L GTD), Main Event Warm Up (20L GTD) and the BSS SuperStack (20L GTD) on the final day, along with The MoneyMaker.

The MoneyMaker Main Event will have a buy-in of INR 11,000 and it is expected to attract a large field of poker enthusiasts from across the country. Satellites are being hosted every day for this event on PokerBaazi. There are free tickets being given out to players who deposit a big amount and use the sign-up code. Tickets can also be acquired by exchanging Baazi Rewards earned through cash games.

There will also be a leaderboard for the duration of the series, having a guaranteed prize pool of INR 10 Lakhs. The leaderboard is one such competition where factors like luck and chance take a back seat, giving players incentives to play and finish deep consistently, even if it means not shipping the event. INR 3 Lakhs will be awarded to the topper in this leaderboard. A total of 15 players will by paid off from the leaderboard.

Along with this, there is also the Yearly Leaderboard of INR 25 Lakhs GTD which has begun at the start of the year with PPL Spring and will culminate in this edition.
