PokerBaazi G.O.A.T. 2023 Ends In A Heads-Up Deal

The biggest-ever online poker event in the history of Indian poker concluded last night in the wee hours, and it was an epic end to the highly anticipated tournament. We are talking about the 2023 edition of PokerBaazi’s Greatest Of All Tournaments (G.O.A.T.). True to its name, the G.O.A.T. boasted a massive guarantee of ₹10 Crore with a buy-in of ₹5,500 (half of last year’s ₹11K).

Sreekanth Narayan, who plays with the username ‘n0thing’, claimed the runner-up spot at the mega event with a mystery player playing with the Arun Vijay Mutgi aka ‘Quicksilv3r’ walking away with the title. It is worth noting that Quicksilv3r’ had nearly ₹23.5 Crore chips against his tally before he decided to call curtains on the tournament and call a deal with Narayan. Both the players decided to strike a deal and pocket ₹1.5 Crore each.

PokerBaazi G.O.A.T. 2023 boasts the biggest prize pool for a single tournament. The GOAT Final went on for over 16 and a half hours and saw both the players battle it out against a field of 1.46K participants before going into a heads-up session.

One of the best things about this event was that it allowed 1,455 players to be in the money and walk away with impressive rewards, with the minimum cash for PokerBaazi G.O.A.T. 2023 sitting at ₹20K.
