Spartan Poker, PokerBaazi, and Adda52 had several high-value tournaments yesterday. These platforms steadily raise the guarantees through the week until the weekend. Here’s a quick recap of all the actions that took place yesterday. 

Recharge – ₹10 Lakh GTD 

The Recharge tournament on Spartan Poker had 546 entries in total. This ₹2,200 buy-in event was shipped by Sanket Aora aka ‘BANK$Y’ who took home ₹2,11,848 in prize money. He was followed by Manish Lakhotia aka ‘thekid’ who received a pay-cheque of ₹1,34,316. 

The top 55 players in this tournament were paid a min-cash of ₹5,350. The guarantee of this tournament was surpassed and a slightly bigger prize pool of ₹10,92,000 was formed.

The Big Deal – ₹35 Lakh GTD

Spartan Poker’s The Big Deal tournament had 184 entries in total. The top 20 players were paid a min-cash of ₹49,312. This ₹22,000 buy-in tournament was won by Ankit Wadhawan aka ‘Shippament’ who cashed a whopping ₹8,83,200. 

The runner-up of this tournament was Surbhit Grover aka ‘grovahova.’ Grover took home ₹5,99,840 in prize money. The advertised guarantee of this tournament was surpassed and a slightly bigger prize pool of ₹36,80,000 was formed.

The advertised guarantee of ₹8 Lakh was surpassed and a prize pool of ₹8,08,089 was formed.

The runner-up of this tournament with 339 entries was an anonymous player ‘jaideepmanocha’ who had a pay day of ₹1,25,000. This was a ₹2,750 buy-in event and the top 45 places were paid a min-cash of ₹4,746. The advertised guarantee of ₹7.5 Lakh was crushed and the final prize pool stood at ₹8,48,000.
