MadOverPoker’s Hysteria Live 2.0 next week

It was in the latter half of May that online poker site MadOverPoker.com launched their first ever live series called Hysteria Live at Bengaluru’s Tilt Poker room. The series went well for the organisers and that has led them to announce the second edition of this tournament series on 30 June. The venue continues to be the Indiranagar-based Tilt Poker room. 

The May edition of this tournament had 148 entries ponying up the INR 4,400 buy-in take surpass the original guarantee of INR 5 Lakhs eventually collecting INR 5.92 Lakhs in the prizepool. From the 18 prize payouts made, the biggest one went to Alireza P who won the tournament and took home first place prize of INR 1.22 Lakhs plus the title.

In a statement released by Amit Kanodia, CEO, MadOverPoker, “We are very humbled to receive a stupendous response from the poker community for the inaugural Hysteria live event. We received a great feedback in regards to the structure and organization of the event. Our team will continue listening to our players and address these issues to cater to the needs of our player community and give them the best experience. In this regard, we plan to double down on Hysteria live product offering and enhance it for greater player satisfaction.” 

For their second edition, MadOverPoker will once again offer a 5 Lakh guaranteed prizepool for a buy-in of INR 4,400 in this tournament which follows a re-entry format and will begin at 2:00 pm. Players can look forward to economical ways of entering the tournament by way of live satellites on the day at the venue, starting from 12 pm onwards on 30 June 30 for as little as INR 500.
