Jason White Takes A Dig At Phil Hellmuth Who Books A Profit Of $10

Poker fans from around the world were excited to see Phil Hellmuth in action! The 17-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner recently featured on PokerGO’s live stream of Champions Club Texas Cash Festival. There is never a dull moment when Hellmuth is around, and the poker legend did not disappoint. Widely regarded as one of the greatest poker players, the American poker star lost a hand in the Champions Club Texas Cash Festival.

PokerGO recently posted a clip that gave us a glimpse of the action taking place at the Champions Club. The video shows Jason White moving all-in with $4,650 and ‘Poker Brat’ 4-bets to $10,000 that leads to the table erupting in ‘ohh and ahhs.’ Other players named Rockets Will, Milkman and Victoria folded, leaving both the player heads up for the entire pot, now valued at $14,760.

After deciding to run it once, White is heard saying, “You know what I got, you know I got the queens,” while holding Hellmuth. Following some banter, the flop of 9h 2s 2c opened, which bettered Whilte’s chances against the poker veteran. The 3h on the turn did not do Hellmuth any good, while the 3s on the river saw the poker legend lose the hand.

Delighted by the win, White is seen having some fun while collecting the chips, while Hellmuth is also seen laughing off his loss. While collecting his chips, White asked the poker legend, “Why did you call the all-in? I thought you were the best in the world.”

After White took a jibe at Hellmuth, the video ended with a table showing the cumulative profits booked by players. It saw Hellmuth finish the day with a profit of just $10 (yeah that happens when you underestimate your rivals or wrongly gauge their hole cards). While Hellmuth was seen having a gala time on the table, a profit of $10 will not go down well with him. Will Hellmuth bounce back? Only time will tell.
