The American pro who’s 5th on the All Time Money List (Hendon Mob) was the chip leader heading into Day 2 of the PGT Championship 2022. The pro impressed everyone watching the game and boy did he leave everyone spellbound with his impeccable poker skills. Poker dynamos like Phil Ivey, Daniel Negreanu, Stephen Chidwick, Alex Foxen, Benny Glaser, Sean Winter, World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 Main Event champ, Espen Jorstad, the runner-up, Adrian Attenborough, Seth Davies, five-time WSOP bracelet winner, Jeremy Ausmus, Nick Petrangelo, Chad Eveslage among others.

Coming to Koon, this pro also beat 16-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth in High Stakes Duel. The father of one nailed the biggest tournament in the Poker Masters 2022 schedule. He shipped the $50,000 No-Limit Hold’em with K6s for a payday of $6,66,000. The prize pool in this tourney stood at $18,50,000. With the PGT Championship, Koon further cemented his domination in world poker.
The 37-year-old claimed his biggest poker series in May 2018. Koon shipped HK$ 1,000,000 No-Limit Hold’em – Short Deck Ante Only 1 Million for a winning prize money of $35,79,836 at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series Montenegro, Budva. Talking about his WSOP adventures, this pro has one bracelet to his name, nine final tables and 60 in the money finishes.
