Here’s When We Can Expect League Of Legends MMO

Riot Games recently teased the launch of a new title in its League of Legends game. Greg Street, Vice President, Riot Games said that the ‘massively multiplayer online role-playing game’ (MMORPG) title will soon be launched.

While there was no official announcement about the release of the game from the developers, it is speculated the MMORPG is under development and could be officially launched around late 2022 or by mid-2023.

Furthermore, the League of Legends confirmed the news. The developers are currently recruiting and building a team for developing the MMORPG. “We’re making an MMO,” the website reads.

Ever since the announcement was made, fans are excited and can’t wait for the new title. However, the developers warned that MMORPG may not be liked by everyone. Some players may not like it, however, no further clarification was given.

Greg Street, who is also the executive producer of the MMORPG title said, “One thing I can say about the unannounced MMORPG is you won’t all love every feature in it. We’re going to make some choices that you may not agree with in their games. That’s fine. Some of you may not love the game at all. Also fine. We will also make a ton of mistakes. However, we are prepared to pivot if the design doesn’t meet goals.”

League of Legends is one of the most popular multiplayer online battle arena video games initially launched in 2009. It is developed and published by Riot Games, which also develops and publishes popular games like Valorant, Teamfight Tactics and more. League of Legends has established a strong fanbase and is one of the most famous esports games in the world. While we await the official release date announcement from Riot Games, we can simply enjoy the available League of Legends title until then.
