Gear Up For APT Ho Chi Minh City This August

Asian Poker Tour (APT) Summer Festival Hanoi 2022 at the Vietnam Series of Poker (VSOP) concluded its 13-day run a few days back. The APT series will be heading to a brand new location in Vietnam to continue the high-octane poker action. Players can now head to Ho Chi Minh city this August for another epic and exciting poker festival. Another thrilling time of live poker action awaits those who make it to the next APT stop.

APT Vietnam Ho Chi Minh 2022 will run from 8th to 17th August and will be held at the Saigon Poker Club. Players will be treated to 10 days of live poker and will have an opportunity to bring home an APT title. Events that players will want to keep an eye out for are the VND 1 Billion guarantee No Limit Hold’em event and the VND 6 Billion guarantee Main Event. There will also be side events that players can watch out for.

Lately, the Indian team has been performing well at live poker events in Vietnam and are also expected to crush this upcoming series as well. Pro players like Shardul Parthasarathi, Zarvan Tumboli, Siddarth Singhvi and others have been performing extremely well at the APT Vietnam series.

At the recently concluded APT Summer Festival Hanoi 2022, Jude Praveen Kumar, Sajal Gupta, Siddarth Singhvi, Amit Kaushik, and Kamal Kumar Sogani all took home APT titles. Their win brought a total of five more APT titles to India from the series. In the APT Player of the Series, Ankit Jajodia also finished in third place.

In APT Vietnam Hanoi Loyal 2022 held in June, Shardul Parthasarathi clinched the Main Event title while Zarvan Tumboli took home two titles from that series. Tumboli also shipped the World Poker Tour (WPT) Prime Vietnam 2022 Main Event. Alok Birewar also clinched an APT title in APT Vietnam Hanoi Loyal 2022.

With the brilliant performances of the Indian contingent at APT, there’s no doubt that APT Vietnam Ho Chi Minh 2022 will also see more titles added to the tally.
