TORF’s campaign called ‘What’s Your Problem’ promotes safe gaming

The Online Rummy Federation (TORF) has recently unveiled a multilingual campaign. They have used the example of a person called Suresh who’s an online rummy enthusiast. TORF has used the example of this person to discuss the safety standards that TORF has developed keeping in mind stock-investment analogies, use of bots and among other things.

TORF has worked with global gaming regulators with the aim to design a professional, transparent and ethical operating system for the online rummy industry. Further, TORF aims to enforce measures for rummy operators that bring more responsibility to enhance credibility and integrity for the industry as a whole.

Sameer Barde, CEO, TORF has emphasized on the fact that to establish a secure and safe environment for online rummy, players should be able to understand their limits and play safely at all times, and look into other aspects such as using credit cards, stock market.

Through this campaign, TORF allows both operators and players to establish a safe gaming environment. The ‘What’s Your Problem’ campaign was set up by Wondrlab. The co-founder and CCO of this company, Amit Akali added that they were extremely thrilled to start such an initiative for an industry like online rummy. He further adds, “We specifically chose Suresh to be the face of the campaign as he represents a rational and calm online rummy player who plays for fun always knows his limits.”

Previously, the online gaming industry had asked NITI Aayog, a government think tank to set up a self-regulatory body to set a standard regulation for the online skill gaming industry.
