After 10 days of pure unadulterated action, Final Table Series (FTS) 3.0 concluded its daily events except for the Main Event which will be live-streamed today. These past few days, the online felts of Spartan Poker, PokerHigh and BLITZPOKER were buzzing with players who were eager to win a prestigious FTS title. Let’s get straight to the winners of Day 10 and the action that unfolded last night.
This event had a buy-in of ₹1,100 and welcomed 625 players into its fold. The top 55 places were paid and the min-cash stood at ₹3,062. The winning title went to mystery player ‘Sanju0101’ who grabbed the top spot after putting up a fight player ‘swimminwdafishies.’ ‘Sanju0101’ received ₹1,21,250 in prize money while the runner-up ‘swimminwdafishies’ went home with ₹76,875.
‘Sanju0101’ (hole cards: A,2 of spades) entered level 49 with a chip lead ratio of 1:7 that gave him an advantage. On the pre-flop, ‘swimminwdafishies’ raised and went all-in with J,9 of clubs. ‘Sanju0101’ matched the bet. The board opened as [2♣️ Q♦️ 5♥️ 7♠️] [8♣️] and ‘Sanju0101’ won with his pair of 2s.
There were a total of 780 entries who marked their attendance in this event. The tournament had a buy-in of ₹5,500. After a gruelling grind, the top 71 places were paid and the min-cash stood at ₹15,200. Online reg Aman Bhadu aka ‘HatodaTyagi’ shipped the tournament for an impressive ₹7,72,000. Poker veteran Anant Purohit aka ‘Prometheius’ grabbed ₹4,86,400 in prize money for his runner-up finish.
Bhadu had [T♠️ T♥️] versus Purohit’s [6♣️ K♥️] who went all-in on the pre-flop. Bhadu matched the bet and the board opened to [5♥️ 8♥️ Q♣️ 8♠️] [2♦️]. With two pairs, TT88, Bhadu won the event.
This event had 561 entries and the buy-in stood at ₹3,3,00. The advertised guarantee was crushed, and the final prize pool was ₹16,83,000. The top 55 places were paid and the min-cash stood at ₹8,246. Sagar Ajit Desai aka ‘Sadesai’ shipped the tournament and added ₹3,26,502 to his bankroll. While online reg Ashish Kaushik aka ‘Ataraxia’ was the runner-up for ₹2,07,009.
The heads-up match between the two players continued with Desai holding the advantageous chip lead position. When the tournament reached level 33, Desai [Q♠️ A♠️] and Kaushik [9♠️ A♣️] both went all-in pre-flop and the board opened [K♥️ 7♦️ 8♠️ T♥️] [Q♣️]. Desai’s queen pair won him the pot from Kaushik who only had ace-high.
After multiple flights, Day 2 of The Feast finally took place last night. 417 survivors made it to Day 2 of The Feast. The top 415 places were paid and the min-cash stood at ₹6,900. Online reg Shagun Jain aka ‘icansuckout’ was the ultimate winner who added a whopping ₹15,80,000 to his bankroll. Poker pro Surbhit Grover aka ‘grovahova’ was the runner-up for ₹9,18,000.
